How it works
The calculator finds the difference between your date of birth and the "as of" date. It computes:
- Years, Months, Days: Calculated by iterating through full years and months from the DOB, then counting remaining days.
- Total Months: Full month count between the two dates.
- Total Weeks: Full 7-day week count between the two dates.
- Total Days: Calendar day count (inclusive of leap years).
- Next Birthday: The next occurrence of your birth month and day. For Feb 29 birthdays, it falls on Feb 28 in non-leap years.

How is age calculated?
Age is calculated by finding the difference between your date of birth and the selected "as of" date. It first counts complete years, then complete months, and finally remaining days. This gives you a precise breakdown like 25 years, 3 months, and 12 days.
Does it account for leap years?
Yes. The calculator correctly handles leap years. If you were born on February 29, your next birthday in a non-leap year will show as February 28. Total day counts also account for the extra day in leap years.
Can I calculate age as of a specific date?
